Terms Of Service

Guarantees

All products we sell are guaranteed against faulty materials or workmanship for one year from the date of delivery or collection. Many are offered with longer guarantees, these items enhanced guarantees and warranties are specified separately by product - Guarantees do not cover misuse. Proof of purchase is required.

The Order

The quantity and description of the goods you have purchased are set out in your customer order. Please check these details are correct. It is this order that forms our contract with you. If you are uncertain about the order details please contact us for clarification. Note that photographs on our website are illustrations only and may not be an exact match. They do not form part of the contract.

Dimensions

You must make sure there is sufficient space to allow access to your property and that your goods fit. We will do our best to assist if a problem occurs but re-delivery costs and cancellation fees will not be waived. If a dimension is important to you for access or for how you use a product please contact us so we can confirm the exact dimensions.

The Product

Every effort is made to ensure consistency of colour matches and accuracy of sizes. Though products may vary between one production run and another, we cannot guarantee exact matches between products purchased at different times as wood grains and colours may change between batches.

Wood products purchased may have natural imperfections when manufactured. This is because they are made from real trees and as such contain natural markings including knots and grain markings. These imperfections are not considered a fault and should be viewed as a characteristic and detail of the individual beauty of real wood furniture.

X display goods are sold as seen, therefore customers are advised to check over the goods at the time of sale and note any imperfections. It is advised that x display items are collected quickly to minimise the possibility of further damage. Where you have instructed us to deliver x display goods we will do so to the best of our ability though cannot guarantee that further marks will not occur. Refunds will not be offered for goods sold as seen however they are transported by your collection transport or our delivery.

Delivery

A delivery service is offered to the outside door of your delivery address. At your instructions and at the discretion of the delivery driver the goods may be taken in to your property. The manoeuvre must be safe and without risk of damage to the goods or your property.

We do not accept liability for loss or damage, negligence excepted, that may arise to the goods or to your property as a consequence of those arrangements.

Please make sure that you give us a complete and accurate delivery address and that we can get access on the day of delivery. Otherwise a re-delivery charge will be incurred.

Storage Of Goods

Once we have advised you that your goods are ready for delivery, we can only hold them for a maximum period of 14 days thereafter, unless specifically agreed with you at the point of sale - Storage charges may occur beyond this time period.

Late Receipt Of Purchase

You have no right to cancel because of late delivery. Time is not part of the contract. If you wish to make time part of the contract you must notify us in writing or by email.

The minimum notice period is 21 days, either from us receiving the notice or after the longest period estimated on your order, whichever is the later. If we fail to make delivery within that you may receive a full refund.

Cancellation Fees

Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing your order and your goods have not been collected or delivered. After 24 hours the cancellation fee is 20% of the order value.

Returns & Exchanges

A collection and restocking fee of £10 per item will be charged.

All returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging.

We are unable to accept any item without original packaging as we are unable to give it back to our supplier for a refund.

Complaints & Disputes

We want to solve problems as fast as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase or the service you have received, please write to the store purchased for the attention of the Company Director.
